International Festival for the Promotion of Arts and Culture
from 2nd to 8th November 2026

FIPAC's Objectives
Through three fundamental pillars, the festival is committed to strengthening cultural identity, promoting dialogue, and building a collective future rooted in dignity and peace.

1. Promotion of Togolese and African Culture
Highlight the cultural and artistic treasures of Togo and Africa.

2. Reconciliation and cultural appropriation
Reconnecting young people and the diaspora with their roots. Re-learning forgotten knowledge and reaffirming pride in belonging to a rich and vibrant history.

3. Dialogue and Intercultural Peace
Create a space for cultures, generations, and beliefs to come together, strengthening social cohesion in a changing world.
Who are we ?

Today, the primary goal of every individual and every family is to live in peace. This desire to live with peace of mind and tranquillity is more desirable than ever. This aspiration responds to the requirements of self-respect and respect for others, which also requires responsible behaviour. Thus, it goes without saying that where there is peace, there is happiness. However, a startling observation must be made.
Unfortunately, we see that there are families who do not know happiness or who have never experienced it, even for a minute. That is why each and every one of us must fight to build a peaceful world based on happiness for all, that is, a better and peaceful world, livable for all through positive thoughts and a spirit of solidarity with our neighbours.
This is how daughters and sons from diverse backgrounds, regardless of culture, religion, race, gender, language, social class or origin, created EVHAS-LOTUS: Espace des Volontaires pour l'Humanisme et l'Action Sociale (Space for Volunteers for Humanism and Social Action).
